At Calecim Professional, we stand by the efficacy of our stem cell skincare and want you to be completely satisfied with your results. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly through our official store.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Product

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
